Featuring wall thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 12mm, our seamless pipes boast outer dimensions starting from 16.5mm, making them ideal for larger-diameter applications. The P22 Pipe Material comprises carbon, manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, silicon, chromium, and molybdenum, providing a minimum tensile strength of 415MPa and a minimum yield strength of 205MPa. Welding the P22 Seamless Pipe is facilitated through fusion welding, GTAW, ER80S-B2, and other procedures, requiring preheating and post-welding heat treatment for joint stability.
